CleanView® CVS Manual Visual Inspection Table - Small Model

CleanView® is STERIGENE's own brand. Our manual visual inspection tables are therefore developed and manufactured entirely by STERIGENE in France.
This model is suitable for Grade B, C and unclassified areas and complies with European Pharmacopoeia 2.9.20, USP 1790, Japanese Pharmacopoeia 6.11 and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
It is also pre-qualified with LED lighting and controlled by a customisable 5-inch touchscreen.
A patent has been filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property for this model.

The light intensity of the CleanView® CVS manual visual inspection table is provided by LED strips that are adjustable independently of one another and deliver a more uniform, more stable and more repeatable light intensity than fluorescent tubes, while being more economical and more environmentally friendly, with a service life of over 20,000 hours of visual inspection.
The design of the 100% Compact HPL worktop, with its rounded drop edges and its front recess, allows operators to work in optimum conditions.
The inspection zone is defined by a qualification protocol including a mapping of light intensity across the inspection volume. The black/white background is inclined at 10° so that it is perpendicular to the operator's natural line of sight and avoids unwanted reflections.
