The PLUS Microvials visual inspection machine performs the automatic inspection of micro-vials. Its various inspection stations ensure a complete and effective inspection despite the greater difficulty of tracking particle trajectories owing to the small volume of medicinal product contained in the packaging. This inspection machine is specially designed for the fast and gentle handling of containers, in order to preserve product integrity.

The PLUS Microvials is compact and fully automatic, with motion technology using wheels and clip belts for the precise transport of micro-vials along their path through the machine. This visual inspection machine allows the automatic inspection of more than 300 units/min and the sorting of defective products by category.

High-speed cameras synchronised with the main distribution turret, which can move through 360°C, enable very high quality and very high precision detection.

This visual inspection machine has a small footprint and is easily accessible for maintenance operations.
