The PLUS 400 LKD automatic inspection machine provides high-speed automatic visual inspection of vials, cartridges and ampoules containing products in various forms.

The PLUS 400 LKD inspection machine is recommended for fast production lines and for the inspection of complex products. Applicable to any type of container holding liquids with a minimum electrical conductivity, the PLUS 400 LKD inspection machine has two high-voltage detection stations capable of generating up to 35 kV at high frequency. The LKD technology used in the PLUS automatic inspection machines is based on the fact that a perfect ampoule or vial is a non-conductive body, but that the slightest imperfection makes the product conductive. As it passes through, a defective product is therefore immediately crossed by the electrical discharge, which allows it to be detected and separated automatically and simply from the other sound products. This is combined with high-speed cameras synchronised with the main distribution turret, which can rotate through 360°, delivering very high quality detection.
