The PLUS 200 LKD automatic visual inspection machine performs the automatic visual inspection of vials, cartridges and ampoules containing products in various forms.

The PLUS 200 LKD visual inspection machine is compact and fully automatic, with motion technology for the fast, reliable and effective detection of cosmetic defects and particles. This inspection machine can accommodate different inspection programmes for ampoules, vials or cartridges. The PLUS 200 LKD allows the automatic inspection of more than 200 units/min and the sorting of defective products by category.

Suitable for any type of container holding liquids with a minimum electrical conductivity, the PLUS 200 LKD inspection machine features two high-voltage detection stations capable of generating up to 35KV at high frequency. The LKD technology of the PLUS automatic visual inspection machines is based on the fact that a perfect ampoule or vial is a non-conductive body, whereas the slightest imperfection makes the product conductive. As it passes through, a defective product is therefore immediately crossed by the electrical discharge, which allows it to be detected and separated automatically and simply from the sound products. Combined with high-speed cameras synchronised with the main distribution turret, which can move through 360°C, enabling very high quality detection.

This visual inspection machine has a small footprint and offers easy maintenance.
