The aim of this course is to acquire the skills needed to master the film coating process, the final stage in tablet manufacture.

> Identify and apply the various stages of the film coating process.
> Control the critical parameters that guarantee film coating quality (thickness, adhesion, uniformity).
> Solve common film coating problems (defects, quality, optimisation).

> Theory sessions (40%)
> Practical workshops and hands-on exercises on film coating equipment (60%)
> Interactive discussion with participants to address real-life cases encountered in the workplace.

SKILLS ASSESSMENT
> Multiple-choice test at the end of the course to validate learning.
> Practical exercise with assessment of the skills acquired.

Certificate of Competence: A training certificate is issued to participants who meet the assessment criteria.
Trainer: Expert trainer in pharmaceutical processes, with significant experience in tablet film coating.
