Managing With Colours Training

This course aims to strengthen participants' managerial skills by helping them better understand the different communication and leadership styles. Based on the DISC model, it enables them to identify and adapt their behaviour according to the behavioural profiles of their team members, thereby encouraging better team cohesion and effective communication.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES
> By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the principles of the DISC model and its 4 colours: Dominance (Red), Influence (Yellow), Steadiness (Green), Conscientiousness (Blue).
- Identify their own behavioural style and that of their team members.
- Adapt their management to the DISC profiles in order to improve team motivation, engagement and performance.
- Develop clear communication tailored to each person.
- Manage conflict situations and strengthen team cohesion by taking the different behavioural profiles into account.

> Assessment of learning:
- Quiz at the end of the course to validate the skills acquired.
