Automated Machine Technology Training
As environments and equipment become increasingly automated, the technical skills of production personnel are becoming a key issue. Teams that fully understand how their equipment works respond faster when technical problems arise, thereby reducing downtime.
The aim of this course is to improve technical understanding of equipment and of the fundamentals required to carry out technical activities during and outside production.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
> Identify the general structure of an automated machine:
- Functional analysis
- Basic technical vocabulary (PR/PC/PO, HMI, shift register, etc.)
- The concept of action and information chains
- Safety and servo-control loops
> Identify the technological components of an automated machine and understand their roles:
- Pneumatics
- Electrics
- Mechanics
- Sensors
> Identify the main autonomous maintenance operations to be performed on an automated machine:
- Cleaning and lubrication operations
- Sensor checks and settings
- Part positioning checks
- Checks on part wear and operating noise
> Communicate with the technical departments and record technical interventions:
- The importance of vocabulary when dealing with the technical departments
- Documents relating to the traceability of technical actions
- The concept of equipment availability
