Biocleaning Training

Biocleaning is an essential step in the production process, as it contributes to the control of particulate and/or microbial contamination risks.
Successful biocleaning depends on the correct application of the various products and equipment in order to achieve the expected result.
The aim of this course is to identify the different contaminants and to provide an effective cleaning method.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES
> Identify contaminants and their sources: Microbial contamination / Particulate contamination / Chemical contamination
> Understand the regulations covering the various biocleaning stages: GMP / Focus on GMP Guideline 1
> Identify the various products and equipment and their uses through practical exercises: Detergent / Disinfectant / Wipes / Application equipment / Application methods
> Set up a cleaning method and schedule: For equipment / For premises / Assessing biocleaning effectiveness
