100% LDPE or HDPE Bags

Our LDPE and HDPE bags are made entirely to order so as to meet your needs as closely as possible. They are compatible with impulse heat sealers and can be from 50 to 1,200 mm wide and from 200 to 2,000 mm long.

Build the product you need:

> CHOICE OF MATERIAL:
• 100% virgin LDPE or 100% virgin HDPE
• Pharmacopoeia or food-contact grade
• With additives, semi-additivated or additive-free
• Class 1,000 or Class 200-100
• Thickness ≥30 to ≤80 μ
You can add options to these 6 materials: antistatic (R=10Ω11), tinted, translucent
or opaque.

> CHOICE OF BAG FORMAT:
• Flat bag with bottom seal
• Flat bag with double bottom seal
• Bag with side gussets and bottom seal
• Sleeve open on one or two sides
• Single or folded sheets (folded once)

We offer a choice of 2 packaging formats: single or double packaging.

We can also adapt the manufacturing conditions of the bag: standard or ISO 7 processing (ISO Standard 14644-7 cleanroom).
