DYCEM® WORKZONE Permanent Tacky Mat

Reusable contamination control mat with a naturally tacky polymer surface. It is designed to capture particles carried by heavy trolleys, pallet trucks and handling equipment before they enter controlled environments.

• Polymer coating approximately 2 mm thick, laid with double-sided adhesive or integrated directly into the floor
• Captures up to 99.9% of floor-borne particles and up to 75% of airborne particles
• Ion-based Biomaster® antimicrobial additive, helping to inhibit the growth of micro-organisms
• Washable surface, compatible with most detergents and disinfectants
• Average service life of 3 to 5 years, with annual efficiency testing included

• Surface resistance: 108 ohms, tested to ASTM F150, DIN 51953 and BS 2050
• Coefficient of friction: ≥ 0.30 to EN 13893 - Technical class DS
• Load resistance: 1,280 lb/in² (90 kg/cm²)
• Operating range: 0 to 50°C; constant exposure to light may degrade the surface
