DYCEM® CLEANZONE Permanent Tacky Mat
Reusable contamination control mat with a naturally tacky polymer surface. Designed for pedestrian traffic and light circulation, it captures particles carried on footwear and wheels before they enter controlled environments.
• Polymer coating approximately 2 mm thick, laid with double-sided adhesive or integrated directly into the floor
• Captures up to 99.9% of floor-borne particles and up to 75% of airborne particles
• Ion-based Biomaster® antimicrobial additive, helping to inhibit the growth of micro-organisms
• Washable surface, compatible with most detergents and disinfectants
• Average service life of 3 to 5 years, with annual efficiency testing included

• Sizes customisable to the layout of the area and the intensity of traffic

• Operating range: 0 to 50°C; constant exposure to light may degrade the surface
