STERIGENE offers a varied range of ultra-clean packaging solutions for all types of sterilization.
Various sterilization methods exist today for your critical products, but packaging these loads is all too often a constraint in terms of cost, time and storage. Depending on your sterilization method (steam, H₂O₂, ethylene oxide, gamma rays…), STERIGENE offers different packaging solutions capable of meeting the requirements of your diverse loads:
- Tyvek® pouches & reels with transparent laminated film side
- Ultra® pouches & reels with transparent laminated film side
- Medical paper with transparent laminated film side
- 100% Tyvek® (bouffant caps, covers, tie-closure pouches…)
- 100% LDPE
Breathable and peelable pouches and reels
STERIGENE offers ultra-clean pouches and reels comprising two sides with different characteristics:
- A permeable side which can be in Tyvek®, Ultra® or medical paper to meet your sterilization requirements
- A laminated film side: transparent for perfect product visibility

100% Tyvek® bouffant caps, covers and pouches
Our ultra-clean bouffant caps, ultra-clean covers and tie-closure pouches offer excellent steam penetration for your autoclave sterilization.
Manufactured to high-quality technical specifications, these products are available in several formats to suit all types of loads and meet your requirements.
Advantages:
- Tyvek®: excellent microbial barrier and high mechanical resistance
- Bouffant caps in elastic version tunnelled into the Tyvek®
- Bouffant caps available in small packaging quantities
- Easy to use: latex-free elastic closure systems or Tyvek® tie closures

Continuous band heat sealers
Our continuous band heat sealers ensure a reliable and efficient packaging process by sealing instruments in sterilization packaging once cleaning and disinfection have been completed, and prior to sterilization in the autoclave.​

Advantages of a continuous band heat sealer over an impulse heat sealer:
- Reproducibility of temperature during sealing
- Reproducibility of seals on packaging
