STERIGENE awarded EcoVadis Bronze medal

STERIGENE has been awarded an EcoVadis Bronze medal for its sustainability initiatives. Our score places us among the top 35% of the best-performing companies in terms of CSR at a global level.

Since June 2024, STERIGENE has committed to deploying a transparent CSR policy in order to establish better practices within the context of our activities. Our goal is to embed sustainability and solidarity into the strategy of each of our projects.

The EcoVadis rating is part of this programme and helps us to position ourselves and identify areas for improvement going forward.

What is EcoVadis?

EcoVadis assesses the CSR policy of companies across the following 4 major areas:

  • Environment
  • Social & human rights
  • Ethics
  • Responsible purchasing

The overall assessment also takes into account the sector of activity, the size of the company and its geographical location.

The EcoVadis methodology is aligned with regulatory requirements and global frameworks. EcoVadis analysts transform the responses into a scorecard. This is an independent assessment of the management system, based on questionnaire responses and attached supporting documents.

EcoVadis currently has over 150,000 companies assessed worldwide.

 

Our EcoVadis score

The Bronze medal recognises the actions carried out in 2025 to develop our CSR policy. In just one year, we have been able to implement concrete and effective measures to join the top 35% of companies worldwide in terms of sustainable development.

Our objective now is to continue developing our CSR policy in order to embed sustainability and solidarity into the strategy of our various activities. We are fully aware of the journey that still lies ahead of us in order to improve our processes and our sustainable development performance.
