STERIGENE is a QUALIOPI-certified training organisation covering a wide range of subjects (training on process equipment, cleanroom training, game-based learning, mentor training and management training). An innovation for the pharmaceutical industry
In 2025, STERIGENE is the first training organisation on the market to offer a mobile educational RABS, going even further in meeting the constraints of industrial players.
Manufactured in partnership with ALD Concept and MCP Solutions, it is made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a 2/3-1/3 front opening via a glass door with 3 glove ports, a plexiglass side panel and a PMMA lateral access hatch. The qualifiable laminar airflow is positioned at the top and the air exhaust at the bottom.
Designed on castors, its dimensions are compatible with standard office-type door openings, allowing easy access to any space. It is height-adjustable via telescopic legs to accommodate different working postures and operator heights, and the gloves used can be the client's own. It also offers the possibility of adding an aerosol diffusion ramp for airflow visualisation, allowing learners to see the impact of their movements.
This educational RABS enables total immersion and concrete learning in real-life conditions, on site — without disrupting the production chain!
