Filling
As a specialist in aseptic filling process equipment for multiple industries, our partner Dara Pharma has also developed a range of laboratory filling machines.
Designed for various formats (vial filling, bottle filling, syringe filling, cartridge filling…), these equipment items — optimised in terms of size and ease of use — offer precise and aseptic filling solutions.
This range of laboratory filling machines comprises equipment with varied throughputs and load types, and is customisable through multiple options.
Lyophilization
Coolvacuum (a Dara Pharma company) supplies laboratory freeze-dryers to meet the requirements of industrial and university R&D departments. These laboratory process equipment items enable the lyophilization of products in various formats: vials, syringes, cartridges, bottles and micro-tubes. Numerous accessories enable this lyophilization equipment to meet all the specific needs encountered in laboratories.
Sterilization / Decontamination
Our partner has developed and manufactured laboratory process equipment that benefits from the techniques, components and control systems used in pharmaceutical industries. Wiping wipes
STERIGENE brings its ultra-cleanliness expertise to bear on the wiping needs of laboratories through a wide range of wipes adapted to small and large surfaces. Our range comprises laboratory wipe products capable of meeting your requirements for absorbing aqueous solutions — viscous, acidic or alkaline — as well as recovering different types of residues: powder, shavings… This versatility is reinforced by numerous available formats (flat, in rolls, for mops, in dispenser boxes) and several compositions (polyester, cellulose, microfibre…). Our wiping wipes guarantee low fibre and particle generation and high-quality wiping.
Laboratory furniture
Laboratory operators very often face limited workspace, which is why we do everything possible to offer functional laboratory furniture with a small footprint. Fume hoods, benches, storage units… all elements are designed and positioned as ergonomically as possible. STERIGENE is also a manufacturer and installer of laboratory furniture (Made in France). Our design office creates custom plans with optimised design and delivery lead times.
