STERIGENE is pleased to introduce its new chair range: TEXON, by BIMOS. The TEXON range embodies BIMOS expertise in high-performance seating solutions. Robust, durable and fully modular, it is designed to meet the varied requirements of professionals — whether in cleanrooms, EPA zones, laboratories, or industrial, technical and regulated environments.
Thanks to its hygienic design, advanced ergonomics and extensive customisation options — including accessories, materials and certification levels — the TEXON range is equally suited to ultra-controlled environments and workstations where ergonomics, mechanical reliability and compliance with safety standards are essential on a daily basis.

A concentration of technology in the service of contamination control
The TEXON chair features a multilayer technical upholstery (Skintec, Supertec, Duotec or Magic) offering:
- Very low particulate emission (ISO 14644-1 Class 3 compliant)
- Enhanced resistance to chemical agents and disinfectants
- EN 61340-5-1 certified conductivity for comprehensive antistatic protection
Its hygienic design — seamless, encapsulated, with solid surfaces — facilitates cleaning and minimises the risk of cross-contamination. It is compatible with GMP requirements and biological zones at levels S1 to S3.
Functional and adjustable ergonomics
Developed in partnership with Phoenix Design studio, the TEXON features:
- The Auto-Motion mechanism with seat/backrest synchronisation
- The Flex-Back system providing natural back mobility
- Interchangeable padded modules, removable with a single click
