Zherox® Fixed Airborne Surface Disinfection System

An innovative and effective biocleaning solution, airborne surface disinfection (ASD) has become an essential component of contamination control strategies. The HPE technology (hydrogen peroxide by electromagnetism) from our partner AM Instruments guarantees the destruction of micro-organisms by oxidation via a homogeneous, non-wetting mist that leaves no residue and no trace.

Fixed bio-decontamination systems use the innovative Zherox® technology and TLP diffusers. The diffusers, whose mounting can be wall- or floor-fixed, are designed to have minimal impact on existing structures and to be fully compatible with controlled-contamination and/or sterile environments.

The system is operated from a control panel located in an unclassified area. A proprietary application, compliant with CFR 21 Part 11, controls and manages all the functions of the bio-decontamination system; the graphical interface is designed to make the task easier for operators at every access level.

Data integrity is guaranteed by applying the ALCOA principle.
Our bio-decontamination system communicates with the main supervisory systems used by the customer, or can be managed by them.
Each system is customised according to the requirements and characteristics of the premises where it is to be installed.
The systems can be supplied with IQ, OQ and, on request, PQ protocols.
