Hermetically Sealed Checkweigher

A checkweigher, also known as a dynamic weight control system, is an automated weighing system used to check product weights in real time on a production line, without interrupting the flow. It weighs products in motion on an integrated conveyor belt and can automatically sort out-of-tolerance items by ejecting them into a dedicated area. The checkweigher is essential in ensuring the compliance of prepacked products with regulatory standards such as the European directive on the control of prepackages (Directive 76/211/EEC).
