SYX Aseptic Filling Machine for Pharmaceutical Cartridges

The SYX-E Cartridge By-Pass performs the filling and dual-chamber closing of cartridges and syringes simultaneously, thanks to its intermediate By-Pass system, for injectable solutions in sterile applications.

This aseptic filling and sealing machine complies with cGMP and FDA regulations and with the requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

The SYX-E Cartridge By-Pass performs the following operations:
- Cartridge entry into the working area through the worm screw system
- Feeding and positioning of the intermediate plunger
- Filling of the first chamber
- Sealing with an aluminium cap
- 180° rotation of the cartridge
- Filling of the second chamber
- Feeding and positioning of the lower plunger
- Accumulation or transfer of the cartridge to the other machine

The closing station is fitted with electronic crimping heads to generate a minimum of particles during the closing process.
