The PLUS SY automatic visual inspection machine performs the automatic visual inspection of syringes containing aqueous products.

The PLUS SY visual inspection machine allows the inspection of plastic syringes with or without a plunger rod. It is fully automatic, for the fast, reliable and effective detection of cosmetic defects and particles. The PLUS SY allows the automatic inspection of more than 400 units/min and the sorting of defective products by category.

High-speed cameras synchronised with the main distribution turret, which can move through 360°C, enable very high quality detection.

This OPTREL inspection machine has a small footprint and offers easy maintenance.
