The PLUS LVP visual inspection machine performs the automatic inspection of large-format products that are difficult to inspect. It is fitted with motion technology for the fast, reliable and effective detection of cosmetic defects and particles. This inspection machine can accommodate different inspection programmes for plastic or glass bottles of different diameters. The PLUS LVP allows the automatic inspection of more than 300 units/min and the sorting of defective products by category.

High-speed cameras synchronised with the main distribution turret, which can move through 360°C, enable very high quality detection.

This OPTREL inspection machine has a small footprint and offers easy maintenance.
