CQP Mentor Training (Pharmaceutical Sector)

The Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP, French industry vocational certificate) formally recognises that a person has mastered the know-how required by pharmaceutical industry jobs.
Training and on-the-job support are decisive in the professionalisation of the candidate. The mentor therefore plays a key role in organising practical training and in following up the individual.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES
> Incorporate the CQP approach into your role as mentor:
- Objectives, benefits and stages of a CQP scheme
- The various CQP tools (competency framework, initial assessment, candidate file, follow-up logbook, final assessment)
- Role and duties of the CQP mentor

> Welcome and integrate the employee at the workstation:
- Providing the information needed for the CQP to run smoothly (to the candidate and to the team)
- Positioning the candidate in their future role
- Enabling the person to integrate well into the team

> Ensure follow-up and training of the person using the CQP tools:
- Organising the training so that it covers every point of the target framework
- Completing the CQP follow-up logbook (professionalisation contract pathway)
- Helping the candidate to write up their CQP file

> Assess the skills acquired against the CQP competency framework:
- Identifying strengths and areas for improvement
- Assessing learning as it progresses and tracking the progress of the candidate
- Setting progress objectives
- Creating favourable conditions for the final assessment of the candidate
- Using the final assessment tool

Anyone who may be required to become a CQP mentor
