- Qualification using the Knapp test method
- Defining the parameters suited to the various products
- Analysis of the product qualification results
- Management of non-conformities during qualification
- Drawing up a product qualification report

> Be able to create a relevant certification test set:
- Drawing up a risk analysis relating to the production process
- Selection of defects in relation to the risk analysis
- Calculation of the probabilities of the defect rejection rates
- Definition of the defect criticality levels
- Recording the test set in a quality system

> Personnel training:
- Measuring the impact of personnel on visual inspection quality
- Identifying the process risks that may have an impact on automatic visual inspection quality
- Identifying equipment malfunctions
- Cleaning the equipment

> Quality monitoring:
- Setting up and analysing trend monitoring
- Statistical controls with interpretation of the results
- Management of non-conformities
