Visual Management & Indicator Board Creation Training
By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement effective visual management in the workplace and to design an effective indicator board to steer activity and support decision-making.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
> Introduction to Visual Management: Definitions and challenges of visual management, discovering visual management tools and media, setting up a visual management area.
> Performance Indicators: Understanding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and strategic indicators, defining relevant indicators to monitor activity, methodology for creating a dashboard.
> Building an Indicator Board: Identifying the key data to track, organising and visually presenting the indicators, using suitable software and tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
> Analysing and Using the Results: Interpreting results through the dashboard, adapting strategies in line with the indicators, running meetings with visual tools.
> Case Studies and Practical Exercises: Creating an indicator board specific to your own activity, implementing a visual management strategy suited to your working environment.
> Assessment of learning: Practical exercises during the course, final assessment in the form of an individual or group project (producing a dashboard and a visual strategy).
> Teaching resources and materials: Digital course materials, post-course follow-up at 1 month.

Managers, team leaders, project managers and anyone required to steer activities and use performance indicators.
Experience level:
No specific prerequisites; initial experience in management or project management is an advantage.
