Functional Analysis of Production Equipment Training

Production sites are subject to considerable constraints in terms of production costs and lead times. Knowing how equipment works will enable production personnel to be more effective in day-to-day operation and to raise the alarm in the event of a malfunction.
The aim of this course is to give production personnel an understanding of the structure of automated equipment.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES
> Identify the structure and functional breakdown of automated equipment:
- The general operating principle of automated equipment
- The general structure of an automated machine (PR/PC/PR, HMI, structural breakdown, etc.)
- The links between the parts: relational, control and operative
- Definitions and vocabulary relating to automated systems
- The role of the various components of an automated system

> Locate the various components on production equipment:
- Examples of equipment and production line structures
- Practical exercises in identifying technical components on production equipment
- Functional study of production equipment
