Easy 400 LKD Automatic Visual Inspection Equipment

The EASY 400 LKD visual inspection equipment provides efficient, reliable automatic high-voltage leak detection inspection of several products at a rate of more than 400 units/min.

Applicable to any type of container holding liquids with a minimum electrical conductivity, the EASY 400 LKD inspection equipment has two high-voltage detection stations capable of generating up to 35KV at high frequency. The LKD technology used in EASY automatic visual inspection equipment is based on the fact that a flawless ampoule or vial is a non-conductive body, whereas the slightest imperfection makes the product conductive. As it passes through, a defective product is therefore immediately crossed by the electrical discharge, which allows it to be detected and separated automatically and simply from the other sound products.

The EASY 400 LKD delivers visual inspection with a very high production output, guaranteeing efficient detection of defects across a range of medicinal products.
